• After 2022, correction happened — buyers became cautious, prioritizing savings and essentials.

• Families here often placed diaspora funds into FDs instead of land.

✅ 2027 onwards → Boom phase: High-interest FDs from 2022–23 will mature. This cash will re-enter the market. Diaspora will return strongly once they see stability and new infrastructure (Palali Airport, KKS Port).
