Important Announcement to All Faithful Citizens of Barkedu and Surrounding Regions
The Barkedu Mosque Renovation Donation Has Officially Commenced as of Today, July 8th, 2025
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
We call upon all sons and daughters of Barkedu residing in Monrovia, its environs, and across the borders to contribute at least $50 USD towards the renovation of our beloved mosque.
This noble effort is a Sadaqah Jariyah a continuous charity. Any donation you make in the cause of Allah (SWT) will not go unrewarded. Remember the words of the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ):
> “Whoever builds a mosque for the sake of Allah, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise.” (Sahih al-Bukhari & Muslim)
If Allah has blessed you with more, then give more for what you give for His sake is never lost.
