Hey, hi, hello! I'm Dawna and although I hate to brag, the team here at Florida's Choice Realty is a pretty outstanding bunch. Our team started with my daughter and I and a handful of agents in 2020 with a unified mindset that we value putting our client's best interest above our own. Hence our slogan "We choose to put you first".

Today, we have nearly 50 team members who are as different as they come! However, we manage to work together to bring your real estate dreams come to reality. It’s our differences that make this company successful. Now tell us about YOU in the comments below!

It’s time to celebrate! Today is a one year home closing anniversary of some lovely Gainesville clients of mine! Time flies when you’re busy helping others find a house to make a home! 🏠 Will you celebrate with me by commenting your favorite “party” emoji in the comments?

Tell me, what’s your favorite snack? This time of year gives us so many opportunities to gather with friends and make memories over shared meals and enjoy our favorite snacks. One of my favorite foods, that I guess is technically not a snack is cherry 🥧 How about you?!

The glamorous life of real estate…
Showing a home in the pouring rain, only for the front door handle to break — leaving my only escape route through the backyard, around the side of the house, back to the front door to lock up… and then all the way to my car parked on the street.
Needless to say, I earned my commission today. 😂🏡🌧️ hopefully I get one 🤪

**🏡 More Negotiating Power. More Opportunity.**
When competition is lower, **buyers often have more negotiating power.**
That means today's buyers may be able to negotiate:
✅ A lower purchase price
✅ Seller-paid closing costs
✅ Interest rate buy-downs
✅ Repairs after inspection
✅ Home warranties
✅ Flexible closing dates
While many people are waiting for interest rates to come down, savvy buyers are taking advantage of today's market conditions.
Remember...
**You can refinance your interest rate later.**
You **can't** go back and buy today's home at yesterday's price.
If you've been thinking about buying, now may be the perfect time to explore your options and negotiate a great deal.
I'd love to help you determine if today's market is right for you.
