I wanted to set the record straight on a few things....

1. I’m probably 5’6.5” now… but my driver’s license — along with my weight — tells a completely different story.
2, If you see me out and about, there’s a good chance I’m somewhere in Downtown Clermont, grabbing coffee, popping into a local shop, or running between real estate appointments. ☕
3. My favorite color is PINK. Always has been, always will be.
4. Being a mom is one of my favorite titles… right up there with Realtor, wife, dog mom, and professional overthinker. My son Grant turns 20 next month, Chloe is growing up way too fast, and I turn 50 in August… so yes, I am officially accepting thoughts, prayers, and maybe wrinkle cream recommendations.
5. I’m naturally a brunette, but thanks to my middle part currently trying to expose me, I get my hair done at The Beauty Society & Co. in Winter Garden.
6. I’m definitely an extrovert, but I absolutely need my quiet time to recharge — usually early in the morning when it’s just me, Jesus, my coffee, and my two fur babies, Mary & Widget. And in this business? I definitely need my Jesus. 🙏🐾
7. Yes, my listing tours consistently get THOUSANDS of views…and yes, I am absolutely the woman for the job. 🎥
8. My favorite breakfast treat is extra crispy bacon, and my daughter and I make our own version of "Starbuck's egg bites", but I do intermittent fasting, so my first meal usually waits until 10 AM, and I’m done eating by 6 PM.
9. Yes, I’m that Realtor you see on Facebook all the time — and if you see me in Downtown Clermont, please say hi! If I’m at the office, maybe we can even grab a coffee.
10, My go-to karaoke song? I don’t sing… but if I did, it would absolutely be Bon Jovi’s “Livin’ on a Prayer” …which also happened to be my very first concert. 🎤

🏀✨ SOLD IN MONTVERDE! ✨🏀

I don’t believe in fate or chance meetings.

I believe God places people in our path exactly when they’re supposed to be there.

This transaction started with a mother and son spending time together in Downtown Clermont when they happened to notice our office. A conversation led to a meeting, a meeting led to a plan, and before long we were on a mission to find the perfect place close to Montverde Academy and everything they were hoping for in their next chapter.

WHOO!! May was a FULL month yall!!

-Went to the Conrad Buckley Memorial Golf Tournament, thankful to our brokerage Optima One Realty, Inc for being a sponsor for this event and always giving back to our community
- Got to go to the Devil Wears Prada premier with my girl and some friends, thankful she still likes being seen in public with me
- Updated my vision board - I believe in having visions and goals yall! I have had EIGHT properties go under contract this month...might be a new record!! For a one woman show, I have been pounding the pavement.
- Tried out some new restaurants around Clermont (tell me in the comments if you have some new favorites I need to check out)
- Attended an after hours event, if you are looking for honest roofers and construction contractors in Central Florida talk to Andrew Poirier I personally used them for my own home!
- Saw Josiah Queen at Disney, such a great concert. My fave songs are Demon and Dusty Bibles....truly amazing getting to worship with thousands of my fellow Floridians in our favorite place.
- Spotted some Florida wildlife in my backyard...look at that cute little sandhill crane baby...did you know sandhill cranes mate for life?! Speaking of mating for life...
-My sweet husband Grant...I often joke and call him my emotional support human. He gives the best hugs and he is definitely stuck with me FOR LIFE!
