We are seeking experienced and reliable Property Preservation Crews to join our team in Duval County, FL. As a contractor, you will perform a variety of services to maintain and secure foreclosed properties. This is a great opportunity for skilled professionals who are self-motivated and take pride in quality work.
Responsibilities:
*Lock changes, lockbox installation, and securing properties
*Lawn care: mowing, edging, trimming, and debris removal
*Winterizations (as applicable)
*Trash-outs and interior/exterior debris removal
*Minor repairs: boarding windows, repairing doors, replacing light fixtures, etc.
*Taking detailed, date-stamped before/during/after photos
*Completing reports using mobile apps or web portals
Requirements:
*Experience in property preservation or field services
*Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
*Trailer or truck capable of hauling debris
*Smartphone or tablet with internet access for photo documentation and work order submission
*Must have own tools, equipment, and supplies (lawn care tools, locks, tarps, etc.)
*Ability to meet strict deadlines and follow guidelines
*Strong communication and organizational skills
