M&E Systems ဆိုတာ ဘာတွေလဲ။ (What are Building M&E Systems?)
Building M&E Systems ကို အုပ်စု သုံးမျိုး ခွဲခြား သတ်မှတ်နိုင် ပါတယ်။ Mechanical Systems, Electrical Systems နဲ့ Building Operation Systems တို့ ဖြစ်ကြပါတယ်။
A. Mechanical Systems in Buildings
1. Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
2. Plumbing and Sanitary (P&S) , Swimming Pool & Water Features,
3. Fire Protection (FP)
4. Industrial Utilities
5. Specialty or Auxiliary Systems
6. HVAC: Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning : တိုက်ရိုက် ဘာသာ ပြန်မယ် ဆိုရင်တော့ အပူပေး၊ လေဝင် လေထွက် (လေသန့် လှယ်) နဲ့ လေကို ပြုပြင် ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း (လေအေးစက် တပ်ဆင် ပေးခြင်း) လို့ဆိုပါတော့။ အပူပေး စံနစ် မလိုအပ် တဲ့ အရှေ့တောင်အာရှ နိုင်ငံ တွေမှာတော့ ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) လို့ခေါ် လေ့ ရှိပါသေးတယ်။
7. Plumbing (ပိုက်သွယ်၊ ပိုက်ဆက် စံနစ်) မှာ
o Water Distribution (သောက်ရေ၊ သုံးရေ ဖြန့်ဝေခြင်း)၊
o Water Treatment (ရေသန့်စင်ခြင်း)၊
o Sanitary Facilities (ကျန်းမာသန့်ရှင်းရေး အတွက် လိုအပ်တဲ့ ရေချိုးခန်းသုံးပစ္စည်းတွေ၊ ရေညစ် ထုတ်စနစ် နဲ့ ရေဆိုး (မိလ္လာ) နုတ်စံနစ်တွေ)၊ ပါဝင်ပါတယ်။
o Town Gas Supply Systems (ချက်ပြုတ်ရန် ဓာတ်ငွေ့၊ သဘာဝဓာတ်ငွေ့ အစရှိသည်.)
o Swimming Pool / Water Feature Filtration Systems (ရေကူးကန် နဲ့ ရေပန်းတွေက ရေတွေ ကို အချိန်ပြည့် သန့်စင်တဲ့စံနစ်တွေ) ပါဝင်ပါတယ်။
8. Fire Protection (မီးဘေး ကာကွယ်ရေး စံနစ်) မှာ
o Water Supply (မီးသတ်ရန် ရေ ဖြန့်ဝေခြင်း)၊
o Automatic Sprinklers (အလိုအလျှောက် ရေဖြန်း မီးသတ်စနစ်)၊
o Stand pipe (Wet/Dry Risers) (အထပ်အလိုက် မီးသတ်သမားသုံးရန် မီးသတ် ရေဘုံဘိုင် ခေါင်း)
o Fire Hydrants ( ခြံဝင်းအတွင်း နှင့် လမ်းဘေး တစ်လျှောက် တွေ့ရလေ့ ရှိသော အဆောက်အအုံ ပြင်ပသုံး မီးသတ် ရေဘုံဘိုင် ခေါင်းများ၊)
o Fire Hosereels (အဆောက်အအုံ တွင်းသုံး မီးသတ် ရေပိုက်)
o Fire and Smoke Detection (မီး၊ အပူ နဲ့ မီးခိုး တို့ကို အာရုံခံ အချက်ပေးစနစ်),
o Gas Fire Suppression Systems ( မီးသတ် ဓာတ်ငွေ့သုံးစနစ် များ၊ Pyrogen, CO2, Inergen, Halon ###, FM-200, NN100, etc. စသည်၊)
o Potable Fire Extinguishers (အသင့်သုံး မီးသတ်ဘူးများ၊)
o Fireman Intercom (မီးသတ်သမား အချင်းချင်း ဆက်သွယ်ရန် အင်တာကွမ်း)၊
o Public Address ( PA ) အရေးပေါ် အခြေအနေ တွင် အဆောက်အအုံ မှ စနစ်တကျ စွန့်ခွာနိုင်စေရန် ညွှန်ကြား ပေးသော စနစ်)
Fireman Intercom နဲ့ PA Systems တွေကို Electrical အောက်မှာ ထားလေ့ရှိပါတယ်။ ဒါတွေအပြင် Applicationsရဲ့ လိုအပ်ချက် ကို လိုက်လို့ Special Fire Extinguisher Systems တွေ လည်း ရှိနိုင်ပါ သေးတယ်။
9. Industrial Utilities / Facilities တွေအနေနဲ့ ကတော့
o Steam / Clean Steam Supply (ရေနွေးငွေ့) ဖြန့်ဝေပေးပို့ တဲ့ စနစ်
o Compressed Dry Air (ဖိအားမြင့် လေ) ဖြန့်ဝေပေး တဲ့စနစ်။
o သန့်စင်ထားတဲ့ High Purity Gases: Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon & Hydrogen အစရှိတဲ့ ဓာတ်ငွေ့တွေ ဖြန့်ဝေ တဲ့ စနစ်တွေ။
o Vacuum Systems (Process / House) ကုန်ထုတ်လုပ်မှု လုပ်ငန်း သုံး လေစုတ်စနစ် များ။
o UPW: Ultra Pure Water / DI: DeIonized Water (အလွန်သန့်စင် သောရေ။) ထုပ်လုပ် ဖြန့်ဝေ တဲ့ စနစ်တွေ။ အမှုန်အမွှား သန့်စင်ထား သည့်အပြင် ရေထဲတွင် ပျော်ဝင်နေသော Ions များကို ထုတ်နုတ် ထားသော ကြောင့် Resistivity မြင့်မား သဖြင့် လျှပ်မကူး နိုင်သော ကြောင့် အီလက်ထရောနစ် Parts များ ဆေးကြောရန် သင့်တော်သည့် အတွက် Electronics Industry များတွင် သုံးစွဲ သည့် အပြင်၊ သန့်ရှင်းမှု ကိုလိုအပ်သော Pharmaceutical Industry များတွင် လည်း သုံးလေ့ ရှိကြသည်။
o RO: Reverse Osmosis System လို့ခေါ်တဲ့ RO membrane သုံးရေသန့် စစ် စနစ်တွေ၊
o Industrial Waste Treatment တွေဖြစ်တဲ့ Acid/Alkaline Waste Neutralization ( စွန့်ပစ်ရေ တွင် အက်ဆစ်၊ ကော့စတစ် ဓာတ်ပြယ်စေ သောစနစ် )၊ Scrubber (လေထဲတွင်ပါဝင်သော ဓါတု အညစ်အကြေး များ သန့်စင် ပေးသောစနစ်)
o Grey Water (စွန့်ပစ်ရေ ကိုပြန်လည် အသုံးခြတဲ့ စံနစ်တွေ) ပါဝင်နိုင်ပါတယ်။
ဒါတွေအပြင် Special Systems တွေအမျိုးမျိုး လည်း ရှိနေနိုင် ပါသေးတယ်။
အဆောက်အအုံ ရဲ့ လိုအပ်ချက် ကို လိုက်လို့ M&E Systems တွေကို အလိုအလျောက် ထိန်းချုပ် လည်ပတ် ပေးနိုင်ဘို့ အတွက် Building Automation Systems (BAS) (ဝါ) Building Management Systems (BMS) တွေ လည်း ပါဝင် ရလေ့ရှိ ပါတယ်။High-Tech Industrial Plant မှာတော့ Facility Management Systems (FMS) လို့ ခေါ်တတ် ပါသေးတယ်။ ဒီ စနစ်တွေ ဟာ များသော အားဖြင့် Electrical အောက် မှာ ရှိတတ် ပေမဲ့ နှစ်ဘက်လုံး အသေးစိတ် ဆွေးနွေး ညှိနှိုင်း ရတာမို့ အသေးစိတ် နားလည်ထား ဘို့ လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။
ဒါ့အပြင် ခု နောက်ပိုင်း ခေတ်စား လာတာ ကတော့ အမှိုက်ပုံး တွေက အမှိုက်တွေကို ပင်မအခန်းထိ စုတ်ယူ၊ ဖိသိပ်ပြီးမှ စွန့်ပစ်ဘို့ သယ်ထုတ်တဲ့ Pneumatic Waste Collection System လည်း ပါဝင်နိုင် ပါသေးတယ်။ ဒါကလည်း Airports လို နေရာမျိုးမှာ အမှိုက်ပုံးထဲ Terrorists လူရမ်းကား တွေ ဗုံး ထဲ့ ထားခဲ့ရင် အမှိုက်ပုံးထဲ ကြာကြာ ရှိမနေပဲ ပင်မ အမှိုက်ခန်း ထဲ ရောက်သွားမယ် ပေါ့လေ။ ၁၀၀% ကံသေကံမ ပြောလို့ ရတာတော့ ဘယ်ဟုတ် ပါ့မလဲနော။ နောက် အမှိုက်ပုံး တစ်ခုစီက လိုက်သိမ်း ရ တဲ့ ဒုက္ခ က နည်းသွားတာရယ်၊ တစ်ခါထဲCompress လုပ်ထားလို့ အမှိုက်တွေ ကျစ်လစ်သွားပြီး နေရာယူ နည်းသွား တာတွေ ကြောင့် Condominium (ကွန်ဒို အဆင့်မြင့်အိမ်ယာ) တွေမှာ လည်းသုံး လာကြတာ တွေ့ရပါတယ်။
