Property Sales Manager
Job Description
- Forecast, analyze and lead the prospecting leads, developing relationships with existing and new customers accounts to ensure the sales growth in the pipeline.
- Meeting, presenting, designs and communicating with designated customers, by fulfilling customer requirements, specification to meet the sales target
- Develop, maintain, extend customers through dealer channel and project channel to extend the real estate market
- Business management role, reporting to Managing Director
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sales experience within real estate, or automotive industry
Bachelor’s degree holder
Intermediate English is mandatory
Skills: Interpersonal skills, Presentation skills, People oriented
