ISA Real Estate In-House Sales Assistant fix salary + Bonuses
I am looking to welcome to my team a real estate Sale Assistant to elevate the efficiency and swiftness of communication in the position of ISA
About the position and duties:
- ONLINE communication with existing clients
- Survey, and administration of client’s requests
- follow up communication
- prospecting for new clients online (Facebook ads, etc...)
- ensuring quick, and prompt response
- Recommendation of suitable sales options for prospective clients
CONDITIONS
1500 fix + monthly target oriented bonuses
office hrs. (Monday to Friday)
Office location close to Savoy Garden (Gzira)
Full time position
YOU HAVE TO BE SALES ORIANTETED.
You take effective part of the sales process enjoying the benefit of exclusively working from office, communicating with our clients online, having fix salary plus performance bonuses and working only 40hrs a week.
This position has its challenges, offers ample of ways to improve yourself. Every day is different you wont be bored to death.
In-house sales Agent means: you have to be able to communicate effectively, and win over our clients, offer them the best options possible, build report and trust and be able to sale, rise the interest of our prospective tenants to request viewings for the rest of the sales team.
Requirements:
MINIMUM UPPER B2 English communication skills in writing and speaking!
Quick learner, motivated, energetic, focused, independent problem-solving skill set.
Any practice or talent, ability in sale
Other spoken European language
Friendly personality
Performance oriented personality
Main goal is the elevate the quality of correspondence, providing an overall better service experience and satisfaction
