Vittorio Maddaluno is an Apprentice Draughtsperson at PLAN Homes, currently studying at MCAST while gaining hands-on experience through his apprenticeship with PLAN Group.

He combines academic learning with real project exposure, developing strong skills in technical drawing, design, and problem-solving. This dual approach allows him to apply theory to practice while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in every task.

Outside of work and studies, he enjoys playing football, where he builds teamwork, discipline, and focus.

Rania Ben Salah holds an MBA from the London School of Commerce Malta, a Professional Master’s in Accounting, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management (Accounting).

Her career spans accounting, auditing, and financial services, giving her a solid understanding of both technical finance and day-to-day business operations.

Outside of work, Rania enjoys reading, volunteering, and travelling, especially exploring new cultures and connecting with people from different backgrounds.
