I miss you soooooooo much. It crazy last year was rough just missing you. As you told me , plenty of times , people tried to play on my top lol and take advantage of me grieving. But as you know , I went to cancun for the last time in September and told you I was going to get it together. And I Can tell from the day you warmed my broken heart😇 because this you're back in action🥲😅🤑 They don't know the old me on steroids🤭

Just know , I never really fire anyone I have managers for that. But I really think they fire themselves. It take a lot for me to actually let you go. My heart is always into everyone of my team, but we definitely have a job to do at all times. Sometimes firing is necessary. No Matter how much you care , don't let one person be the downfall of the business. Always remember if staff see another doing something nine times out of ten , they will then start to do the exact same thing themselves since they feel they got away with it. You have now created a trickle down effect of bad staff.
