ABUND — Construction Update | March–April 2026
**THE STRUCTURE CONTINUES TO RISE** 🏗️
The project is progressing steadily, with the structure of the first level taking shape. And—we now have a roof (!!!), allowing us to enclose the first apartments and begin interior finishes.
The layout of columns and walls is now clearly defined, and precision and technical expertise guide every stage of ex*****on. We are now moving on to the next level.
At this stage, the architectural vision is beginning to materialize into a tangible space: proportions, circulation, and volumes are becoming increasingly visible on site. Each element is executed with great rigor, ensuring long-term strength, stability, and compliance with technical specifications.
**INFRASTRUCTURE INTEGRATION IN PROGRESS** 🧱
Alongside the structural work, electrical, plumbing, and hydraulic systems are currently being installed and tested.
This coordinated process allows for the full integration of all internal systems ahead of the next major phase, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency once the structure is complete.

From here on, each step brings us closer to ABUND’s final vision—where architecture, design, and quality of life come together in harmony. We are especially excited to soon share the first completed apartments with you.
