AMPI Puerto Peñasco, desea expresar la preocupación de nuestro sector ante los incrementos propuestos en la Ley de Ingresos 2026, particularmente en el Impuesto sobre Traslación de Dominio y el Predial. Estos aumentos afectarían directamente la actividad inmobiliaria y el desarrollo económico de nuestra comunidad. Invitamos a las autoridades a reconsiderar estas medidas y a mantener un diálogo abierto con el sector.

AMPI Puerto Peñasco, wish to express our sector’s concern regarding the proposed increases in the 2026 Revenue Law, particularly the Transfer of Property Tax and the Property Tax. These adjustments would directly affect real estate activity and the economic development of our community. We respectfully call on the authorities to reconsider these measures and maintain an open dialogue with our sector.
