Dean is a Saskatchewan born, Canadian who moved to Puerto Vallarta from Vancouver British Columbia in late 2021. Transitioning from his 25 year career in health care management in the long term care services sector, Dean joined a property management company in Puerto Vallarta Mexico, as Owner Services Manager, leading the sales of property management and vacation rental services for property owners. Dean’s career prior to health care was in mortgage lending and property management in both Saskatchewan and British Columbia with the federal government of Canada. Dean’s love of Puerto Vallarta over the 18 years he spent vacationing here with his husband, Darren, has positioned him as a well-seasoned resident with a strong knowledge of our community and the property market. Dean’s leadership in senior health care roles in Canada, and as a recognized philanthropist, has resulted in deep relationships not only in Canada but now in his new home of Puerto Vallarta. In 2012, Dean also received the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal issued by The Chancellery of Honours, Governor General of Canada in recognition of significant contributions made to Vancouver, British Columbia, and Canada. Dean is a passionate and committed person with a history of leadership in customer service. This enthusiasm contributed to his early success in Puerto Vallarta and unprecedented contract sales leading to significant growth for the organization.
