Last night I had the pleasure of attending the launch of XUNA Nuevo Vallarta, an exciting new development located within the Flamingos Master Condominium in Riviera Nayarit.

It was a wonderful evening filled with delicious cocktails, great music, an informative presentation, and the opportunity to connect with so many people in the real estate community. Congratulations to everyone involved in bringing this beautiful project to life. It was a fun and memorable event!

There is no greater compliment than earning a client’s trust and this message completely made my day!!!!

Helping people plan a stay or purchase a home in Puerto Vallarta or Nuevo Vallarta is about so much more than finding the right property. It’s about being responsive, answering every question, and making clients feel confident—especially when they’re making plans from another country.

I’m incredibly grateful to Tracy and Glenn from Ottawa for their thoughtful words:

“We have had the distinct pleasure of dealing with Barbara over the last short while and her level of professionalism, her extremely courteous nature, and the expediency with which she responds and gets any and all information back to us has been astounding! We highly recommend Barbara for all of your vacation rental needs and/or real estate needs if you’re lucky enough to be buying a home down there.”

Thank you both for your trust. I can’t wait to welcome you to Nuevo Vallarta in January!

If you’re considering a vacation rental, seasonal stay, or purchasing property in Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta, Bucerías, or Punta de Mita, I’d be delighted to help.

Feeling especially grateful today for the wonderful clients who trust me to help them find the right home.

This week, I had the pleasure of securing a beautiful Penthouse in V Marina, Marina Vallarta on a one-year lease. With its oversized terrace and panoramic views overlooking the marina, it was exactly what my client had been hoping to find.

There's something incredibly rewarding about matching someone with a property that truly feels like home. Moments like these remind me why I love what I do.

If you're looking for a long-term rental or investment property in Puerto Vallarta or Riviera Nayarit, I'd be happy to help.

The most memorable luxury experiences begin with trust.
For more than 20 years, I’ve worked with premium wineries, hospitality brands, and luxury real estate, and the pattern is always the same: people remember how safe, understood, and confident they felt—not the price tag.

I just published a new piece on why luxury today is really about trust, deepened authentic experience, and the feeling of felt abundance.

Luxury is a created feeling...read my article below on LinkedIn and comment. Comments are appreciated.

This article explores how modern luxury is defined by trust, meaningful experiences, and a felt sense of abundance, rather than labels or square footage. Enjoy....

Thinking about buying property in Mexico?

One of the biggest myths I hear from Canadians and Americans is that you can't get a mortgage in Mexico.

That's simply not true.

Financing is once again available for qualified buyers, and I've had great experiences working with Kapital Bank because they understand the needs of foreign purchasers.

If you'd like more information or a copy of the brochure, comment "MORTGAGE" below or send me a direct message, and I'll be happy to send it to you.

Hello friends,

If you're still looking for a place to spend High Season in Nuevo Vallarta, I have a wonderful opportunity that has just become available. (3-6 month stay please, it's not a one month rental)

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is in a fantastic location just off Nuevo Boulevard and only a short walk to the beach. The terrace overlooks the forest with a glimpse of Vidanta World, and you'll be within walking distance of some of the area's best restaurants—with a great local taco stand right outside your door.

The best part? It's still available for High Season, and it's offered at an excellent price.

If you'd like more information or would like to reserve it, send me a DM or message me on WhatsApp at +52 322 101 8268 or PLEASE SEND THIS MESSAGE WITH A FRIEND.
