Mission # 1 of the day: Done! Predial Paid! A Predial is a real estate tax bill.

This topic is a little tricky with the new development properties. Some have the first year paid. Some pay through their HOA and some dont know how it gets paid at all. But it is necessary to have it paid every year on time to avoid penalties. It is also a document needed for re-newing ones Fidecomiso. (Foreign owned trusts)
