A small group of Americans, Canadians, and Mexicans fell in love with a beach village most people will never find. Quiet Gulf Coast. White sand. Coconut palms.

Cenotes within walking distance. And 60 minutes from Mérida, one of the safest, most livable cities in all of North America. 🇲🇽

We committed to Vista Esmeralda early. We believed in it.

Then COVID hit. Construction costs surged. The build stalled. And we faced a choice: walk away from something we loved, or step up.
We stepped up. 💪

The ownership group, the same people who had already chosen this as their future home, took over the project, brought in a qualified contractor, and got construction moving again. No outside investors. No corporate buyout. Just a group of people who refused to let something beautiful stay unfinished. 🏗️

Today, Vista Esmeralda is approximately 75% complete and actively under construction.
