Located just a short downhill walk to the town square, Atascadero provides close proximity to the heart of the city. His influence transformed the neighborhood into a haven for creatives — poets like Pablo Neruda and Gabriela Mistral, painters, and philosophers among them — who gathered in Los Arcos–Atascadero, inspired by its tranquil beauty.
