Hi everyone, we are introducing our brand new apartment in the eco-friendly, modern building Ziba Suites. We've fallen in love with the Huatulco area of Oaxaca! The beaches and snorkeling are incredible, with warm weather and ocean access all year round. The area isn't heavily developed yet, so it's not crowded, and the people are incredibly friendly. We truly believe it's the friendliest and safest part of Mexico we've ever visited. Sometimes local people offer help even without us asking.
Besides the stunning rooftop with four pools, it's only a four-minute walk to a swimmable beach with gentle waves. I went swimming there every morning, and it was usually deserted.
The area is growing, so you might encounter some light construction. The building itself is brand new, and there are still some condos being finished. There's minor construction across the street from our balcony, but we didn't experience any heavy machinery or overwhelming noise during our stay.
