Situated at Yucatan's south-eastern tip, Casa Caracola is 8 km north of Xcalak, a small and authentic fishermen's village. This beachfront property has an upper unit to rent with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. This upper unit apartment has a queen bedroom, a living room with a futon and a beautifully tiled bathroom. The screened palapa for dining (seats 6) also encompasses a fully equipped kitchen and of course has deck where you can sit and enjoy the panoramic view or sunbath. A large master bedroom with it’s own personal bathroom and patio has been added to the apartment. It features a king size bed which can become 2 separate single beds and a single futon. Facing the sea, one accesses the beach patio by a slider and you can also enter the room via a spacious breezeway with futon. On the roof you will find a great terrace with exceptional views. Next to the house, there is an outside dining palapa with a gas B.B.Q., picnic tables and chairs. And do not forget the beach palapa with its’ friendly shade and lounge chairs.
