This is my 3rd times joining PPT (Professional Project Training) of PropNex Malaysia. Thought of that I have learned a lot for the past 2 times I joined PPT and I have learned enough but sadly the 3 times of me joining prove me wrong❗️
The reason I will join this 3rd times is because although I feel that I have learned enough but somehow I feel that there is something for me to learn in this coming training so I join purely base on instinct and it didn’t disappoint at all 🤯🤯🤯
I will generally describe what I learned in this training. First of all is about mindset, the trainer have thought me of how to help your client from renting to buying their home in future. When you help them to rent their unit, don’t only just handover the key and consider your job done. Let them know you are doing selling property instead of renting, help them with their needs when they have trouble during their stay so that they know there is someone they can trust when they need your service in future. As the saying said “how you do anything is how you do everything”
Besides that, I have also learned that when in the property line as an agent, one shall learned to have a quick reply cause no client love to wait for a worry or questions they seek for. In this course, the trainers teach us how to reply your client efficiently and properly cause one must be professional and quick when serving our client to build trust when they buy property from us cause this is not a small amount of money that they are paying for that we are providing advice with.
Thirdly is that when we sell property, it is not about selling. “BE CONFIDENT WITH WHAT YOU SELL” cause if you have no confident in what you are selling than what makes you think your client will ? Before you sell something, you need to know what you are selling and how it will help with your client needs and believe in your product so that your clients will at ease when they buy from you.
Not only that, the company has also collaborate with Mortgages ( a person who help clients to get their loan approved from banks) thought us of how to help your clients with their credit score ( a scoring banks judge to either to give you a loan or not and how much) for which this is how banks trust their clients. In this knowledge we equipped, then this is how we agents can help our clients to get a home and get a good loan from banks.
Last but not least is about how I want to thank all the trainers, facilitators and the company for organizing this training and benefiting all the agents so much although the trainers are the TOP SALES in our company but despite that, they still squeeze in their time to train us and make sure all the Agents in this company can do well and can be an expert in this industry.
