传统观念认为,油棕种植必须拥有大面积土地才能获得可观收益。然而,来自泰国素叻他尼府 Phunphin 区的标杆农民 索洛·德差玛尼(Solos Dechmani) 正在用事实证明:“面积虽小,照样可以实现高产高收。”通过系统化的管理和科学的农业技术,他在第一年采收期(2024年) 就创造了每莱 4.28 吨 的产量,第二年(2025年)更是达到了每莱每年 6.48 吨 的惊人水平。这些数字彻底打破了传统局限,证明专业管理可以跨越所有边界。本文将带您深入剖析他的系统化“思维方式”和“管理方法”。

思维转变:油棕园是一项长期投资
索洛的核心理念是:经营油棕园不是种下等收成,而是 “提前投资” ——尤其是在土壤和养分管理方面。他强调,今天投入的一切,将直接影响两年后的产量。如果想要从收获第一年起就获得高产,必须从油棕苗种下那一刻就开始养护,而不是等到树长大了才施肥。清晰的规划和详细的记录,是他专业化经营的关键。

精准的土地准备与土壤改良
在种植之前,索洛花费了超过一年的时间来改善土壤结构。由于原先的土地是积水低洼地,他先用 种植香蕉 的方式进行了4-5年的前期土壤改良。更重要的是,他认真解决了 土壤 pH 值 的问题:通过详细检测,酸性土壤用石灰或白云石粉调节,碱性土壤则用硫磺粉处理,使土壤达到平衡状态,最大程度地利于油棕树吸收养分。

选对品种与种植技术
品种选择至关重要。索洛选用了 AA Hybrida 1S 品种,因为他欣赏其树形和高产潜力。他选用10个月大的种苗,采用 南北向 种植行向,以保证每棵树均匀接受阳光。种植间距为 9×9 米,并注重将地表整平,便于水分管理——这是影响产量稳定性的关键因素。

公开的秘密:根据油棕需求精准施肥,随产量同步提升
第一年就能达到每莱4.28吨的秘诀,在于按照 “比例(Ratio)” 提供养分。索洛不靠猜测,而是依据学术原理和 叶片分析法来判断植物缺乏什么、需要增加什么,并采用 “整板提升” 的方式施肥。

在肥料管理上,他坚持使用 “单质肥” 以保证精准度和节约成本。核心原则是:保持养分比例与树龄匹配。他以磷(P)为基准(设为1),然后按比例调整氮(N)和钾(K)。例如,第一年需要促进生长同时积累养分,比例约为 2.5 : 1 : 2.5,之后随着开始产果逐渐调整。

所谓“整板提升”,是指所有养分元素同步增加,而不是只补某一种,因为各种养分之间具有协同增效作用。索洛不关心施了多少公斤的肥料,而是严格按照计算好的养分值来施足。他透露,每棵树每年的肥料用量 不低于 20 公斤。
