Leasehold property tak semestinya semua buruk. Ada hartanah leasehold yang dekat dengan MRT & LRT pun sewa boleh sampai 3 ribu ke atas sebulan.

RPGT adalah tax yang kena bagi kepada LHDN kalau kita jual rumah yang ada profit.

Kalau rugi , tak perlu bagi.

Lebih daripada 6 tahun , biarpun kita untung 100k-200k pun tak perlu bayar tax , meaning that kita bleh ambil 100% daripada keuntungan kita.
