今天的 Agent 日常，又来 Country Garden Bay Point 收一间房 🏠

这次收到的是 2房1厕，顺便拍个短视频带大家看看这里。

Bay Point 我觉得最大的优势就是方便，楼下就是商场和巴士站，吃饭、买东西、出行，基本上都可以在楼下解决。

而且这栋本身算低密度，只有十多层，整体住起来不会太拥挤。

这类单位不管自住还是投资出租，我觉得都蛮好理解的。
