📢 FLOOD WARNING NOTICE TO ALL TENANTS
Dear Tenants,
We wish to inform all residents that the Pusat Ramalan dan Amaran Banjir Negara (PRABN) has issued a Flood Warning for several areas in Negeri Perak, effective from 24 November 2025, 12.00 a.m. until 26 November 2025, 12.00 p.m.
According to the notice, continuous heavy rainfall is expected to cause rising river water levels, particularly in areas surrounding Sungai Kinta, which may lead to flooding in low-lying zones.
Affected Areas Near Our Property
The following postal codes and surrounding locations have been listed as potentially affected:
30200 – Low-lying areas within 5 km including Aeon Big Falim, Jalan Ria 8, Pusing (Jalan Keretapi), Batu Gajah.
31350 – Low-lying areas near Taman Maju Rapat, Sungai Rokam, Jalan Lahat–Simpang Pulai.
30400 – Areas near SK Tambun, SJKC Hing Hwa, Taman Cempaka, Desa Tambun Indah, Ampang Baru.
31800 – Areas within 5 km including Kg. Air Papan, Kg. Sikh Settlement, Kg. Tanjung and Taman Timur Jaya.
If our building is located within or near these zones, please take precautionary steps immediately.
Safety Measures for All Tenants
Secure personal belongings, especially items on the ground floor.
Park vehicles on higher ground where possible.
Prepare emergency essentials (important documents, medication, flashlight, drinking water).
Avoid walking or driving through floodwaters.
Follow instructions from building management and local authorities.
