未来这里将拆除重建，摇身一变成为 #高级公寓＋ #办公楼综合项目。老地方，会有新模样，但记忆，只能留在心里。

In the future, it will be demolished and rebuilt, transforming into a mixed-use development of + buildings. The old place will have a new look, but the memories will remain only in our hearts.

【41年老地标圣淘沙广场确定熄灯！明年2月28日正式走入历史】

新山大丰花园的老地标——圣淘沙广场（Plaza Sentosa） 走过41年岁月，终于确认将在 2026年2月28日正式关闭。

原本商户被要求在今年12月搬离，但管理层后来同意展延，让租户可继续营业至明年228。

目前商场部分店铺提前搬走，但依旧有老字号撑着营业；扶手电梯和升降机已停止运作，整体呈现老旧、半闲置状态。

圣淘沙广场自 1984 年开业，曾多次易名，是许多新山人共同的童年与记忆。根据消息，广场未来将拆除重建，计划发展为高级公寓与办公楼综合项目，老地方即将变成新面貌。
