RM2'300 (Pendapatan Bersih) x 60% (Max DSR) = RM1'380
Kenapa darab 60 peratus? Kita ambil contoh CIMB, untuk pendapatan bersih RM2'300 maksimum DSR yang dibenarkan adalah 60 peratus.


Katakan anda ada komitmen bulanan bayar kereta RM400. Jadi, baki ansuran bulanan yang anda layak adalah RM1'380 - RM400 = RM980
