FAQ
Q: Can an agent/proxy represent homebuyers to attend the Grand Finale event and enroll in the additional cash lucky draw on that day?
A: Yes, an agent or proxy is allowed to represent the buyers (Each agents are ONLY entitled to represent up to 5 homebuyers for the event), provided that the buyers have filled out and submitted an authorization letter in the invitation link.
Note: The agent/proxy will NEED TO PRESENT the signed authorization letter to the registration counter on event day.
Q: How do homebuyers verify if they are eligible for the lucky draw?
A: A QR code will be shared with the respective homebuyers via email after their eligibility is verified by Mah Sing. This verification ensures that ONLY eligible and participating homebuyers are able to attend the event and participate for the draw.
Q: How should homebuyers/agents register for the homebuyers?
A:
1) Homebuyers:
All participating homebuyers must register their attendance (regardless of whether they plan to attend the event or not) using their own phone number via the provided RSVP link. This step is required to confirm participation in both the event and the lucky draw.
Once eligibility is verified, a QR code will be sent via email.
If a representative is attending on behalf of the homebuyer, the Authorization Letter (Available in the RSVP link) must be completed and submitted through the RSVP link. Please ensure the appointed representative brings:
A copy of the completed Authorization Letter, and
The Eligibility QR Code — both are required for registration on the event day.
2) Agents/Representatives:
To register on behalf of your clients/friends/family/acquaintance, you will need:
A completed Authorization Letter, and
The RSVP QR Code sent to the homebuyer’s registered email.
On the event day, present both documents to be granted access to the event.
Key Notes:
Each phone number can only be used once for RSVP registration.
