这一年，其实没有看起来那么轻松。

This year wasn’t as easy as it looked.
There were moments of confusion,
moments of doubt,
and many times I almost gave up.

But each time, I chose to keep going.

Slowly, I stopped chasing every opportunity,
and started focusing on truly serving each client,
doing every little thing right.

Standing here today,
I know this achievement isn’t mine alone.

Is unfairness… the fairest thing of all?✨

During a sharing session, a mentor once asked us: “Do you think life is fair?”

And suddenly, a thought came to me— Fairness and unfairness…
they all come down to perspective.

The same resources, when given to different people, can lead to very different results.
The same opportunity, won’t be used the same way by everyone.

So maybe, I realized—
Unfairness might just be the fairest truth of this world.
Because the world was never flat.
And in the uneven parts of life,
that’s where you find your edge, your strength, your breakthrough.

⚖️ “Fairness” is often defined by those in power.
But how do you think?

有一次听到一位领导问我们：
「你觉得人生有公平吗？」

当下我突然想到一件事——
