We would like to bring your attention to a recent increase in real estate–related fraud in the market. Unfortunately, we have received multiple reports of individuals misusing the name “Crystal Realtors Sdn Bhd” and our agents to carry out unauthorized and scam-related activities.
Please be reminded:
🔹 Crystal Realtors Sdn Bhd does NOT authorize any collection of fees, deposits, or personal documents outside our official company account.
🔹 All Crystal Realtors agents are required to present valid identification and proof of authorization from the company.
🔹 Always verify an agent’s identity by contacting our official office at 012-3010022 or via email at [email protected]
during office hours.
We strongly urge all clients to:
✔ Ensure all payments are made only through official company channels
✔ Verify any suspicious documents with our management team
✔ Report any suspicious or unauthorized transactions immediately
