Have you come across your tenant 👳🏿calling you at this hour and told you his DB box main switch tripped off. Can't turn it on and he is in the middle of showering 🚿?

It can turn on after 1hour and later on tripped off again for every 1-2 hour. It's happen for the same night for 5-6 times ⏰.

Moreover this is a dual key 🏠 unit, the same issues for the neighbour unit.

Landlord pain 😆😂
