很多人以为，房地产顾问只是带客户看办公室。
Many people think a property advisor's job is simply showing office spaces.

但这些年我发现，企业老板最大的难题从来不是找不到办公室 / 商用单位
Over the years, I've realized the biggest challenge isn't finding an office / commercial unit

而是选择太多，却不知道哪个才是最适合的。
It's having too many options and not knowing which one is right.

曾经有位客户告诉我：
"Queena，我看了十多个单位，还是决定不了。"
One client once told me: "Queena, I've viewed more than 10 units and still can't decide."

因为每个单位看起来都不错。
Because every unit looked like a good option.
