sebab2 dia kt bawah ni..

- dia macam2 boleh charges...dia boleh cakap ada sy paksa cik suh beli rumah ni? ada sy paksa cik masuk booking? salah siapa kalau loan cik x approve?
- sebab apa owner ada cost rugi dia? sebab owner dh lock unit ni ke buyer A..buyer B nak beli...tapi loan buyer B boleh lepas loan buyer A xtaw lagi...elok2 loan buyer B lepas sekali loan buyer A xlepas...xpasal rugi masa, dan hari..utk submit loan plg awal record sy buat submit pagi ptg approve...plg lambat mkn bulan pun ada tp refer by case la...cara plg mudah lppsa mmg mkn masa 30hari tuk approve kadang2 lajak berbulan pun ada...so owner mmg rugi masa..
dalam kes mcm ni xmau guna agent pun xpa kalau rasa dh power sangat...tapi at least bukak google hg baca la...banyak ja geng2 REN buat sharing kt media pasal ni...kita ada lawyer hg rasa xcaya kt REN yg kononya REN juai mahai...hg boleh refer lawyer kot...tp biasala lawyer, u nk services...lawyer akan charge u...hg igt agreement karangan dia buat tu free?
- beza nya REN akan charges owner...agreement freee fully refund loan x approve.
- buyer loan approve buyer xmau proceed booking akan jd forfeit makna kata burn.
- buyer dh booking tp nk cancel tanpa sebab munasabah mak hg xbgi beli la sebab nk cari keredhaan mak nk dekat dgn mak, tunang x bagi beli la, or APA L Alasan xleh trima burn kcuali hg mati n cacat kekal.
