Degree/Diploma/STPM or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience in Building Services/Management or equivalent.
Adequate letter & report writing skill.
Good Communication skills with strong commend of verbal and written English.
Computer literate and able to work independently.
Possess own transport.

Position requires to work on Saturdays (half day). Will be based in Sunway
