When working with commercial clients, the most important thing is to first build a connection.
You need to think from their perspective, like understanding their culture and habits.
Knowing their real needs is more important than anything else.
Once you understand what they’re thinking and what they want, giving advice becomes much easier, and closing the deal flows naturally.

跟 commercial 客户做交易,其实最重要的就是先建立联系。
你要站在他们的角度想事情,比如了解他们的文化和习惯。
了解他们真正的需求,比什么都重要。
当你知道他们在想什么、想要什么,再去给建议,成交自然就顺了很多。

But honestly, it’s much easier to begin with a close to where you live.
When a client suddenly asks for a , being able to get there quickly makes a big difference.
Another thing is committing -time.
If a client needs you but you can’t make it because of another job, a lot of opportunities just slip away.
If you’re already putting time and resources into this industry, it’s worth going all in.

但其实,先选一个靠近你家的 ,会更容易开始。
当客户突然想要 ,你能第一时间到,真的差很多。
还有一点就是全职投入。
如果客户需要你的时候你却走不开,很多机会其实就这样错过了。
