SKIM PEMBIAYAAN PERUMAHAN MUDA (SPPM)
LEMBAGA PEMBIAYAAN PERUMAHAN SEKTOR AWAM (LPPSA)
Dimaklumkan bahawa LPPSA akan melancarkan Skim Pembiayaan Perumahan
Muda (SPPM) berkuat kuasa 1 April 2025. Skim ini merupakan suatu inisiatif khas menyahut seruan Kerajaan untuk menyediakan akses kewangan bagi memberi peluang kepada golongan kakitangan sektor awam yang berumur 30 tahun dan kebawah memiliki kediaman pada usia muda.
Pelaksanaan kemudahan pembiayaan ini tertakluk kepada perkara seperti berikut:
A. Memenuhi kelayakan sebagai pemohon seperti berikut:
i. Penjawat sektor awam yang layak memohon pembiayaan perumahan LPPSA;
ii. Berumur 30 tahun dan ke bawah ketika permohonan dibuat;
iii. Tempoh pembiayaan mengikut skim perkhidmatan berikut:
a. Skim Berpencen:
Tidak melebihi 40 tahun (480 bulan) atau umur 90 tahun, yang
mana terdahulu.
b. Skim KWSP:
Tidak melebihi 40 tahun (480 bulan) atau terhad kepada umur
tamat perkhidmatan, yang mana terdahulu.
B. Kriteria pembiayaan yang dibenarkan:
i. Pembiayaan pertama sahaja;
ii. Dibenarkan untuk pembiayaan Jenis 1, 2, 3, dan 5 (rumah) sahaja;
iii. Permohonan pembiayaan dikemukakan mulai 1 April 2025 hingga 31 Disember 2025.
