❌ 文件不完整
❌ 收入不稳定

举个例子👇

A先生月薪 RM5,000
🚗 车贷 RM900
💳 信用卡分期 RM600
📱 个人贷款 RM500

虽然收入不低，但每月负担已经很高，银行仍有可能拒绝贷款申请。
