🏠《Agent Fee 到底贵不贵❓🦐🧧》

做地产久了，发现屋主表达感谢的方式，真的很多 😂

有的老板一开始会问：
「Agent Fee 可以扣吗❓」

最后还是 standard commission 照给，
handover 的时候还送了一袋鲜虾 🦐

也有屋主，一间房舍不得租了几年。
我们陆陆续续带了几组客人去看，
终于找到一个 直接付一年租金 的租客💰

顺利租出去以后，
老板娘还另外包了红包 🧧 来答谢。

所以做到后来，慢慢明白：
佣金贵不贵，有时候真的不是看数字。
而是看——
最后帮你解决了什么问题😎

地产代理不只是「带人看房」而已。
从找客、广告、筛选、viewing、谈条件，到最后签约、handover，
每一个环节，都是一份工作。

当然，成交顺利、屋主满意、租客也开心，
那就是最好的结果❤皆大欢喜

至于鲜虾嘛……
这个不在 commission 里面🤣🦐

做中介久了，原来我们每天都在玩“极限默契测试”😂

做房产这行，最刺激的不是看房，而是**“时机”**。

有时候：

- 客户看中了，觉得这间就是梦中情房，结果屋主那边还在确认家庭安排……
- 好不容易屋主点头答应了，回头找客户，客户却来一句：
“不好意思啊，我昨晚刚签了另一间……” 😂

瞬间——
一个说“可以”，一个说“已经不需要了”。

虽然有时候真的会白忙一场，但其实也不能怪屋主，更不能怪租客或买家。

买房、租房毕竟都是人生中的重要决定，多比较、多考虑，本来就是很正常的。

我们的工作，大概就是把两个不同的步调，慢慢拉到同一个频率上。

有时候差一天，
有时候差几个小时，
甚至……就差那么一点点。🤣

虽然中间经常“扑空”，
但只要最后真的把双方都满意的结果促成了——

前面跑的那些路，
就都值得了。❤️

做中介久了，你会发现，成交有时候真的不只是价格谈得拢，还是要看“缘分”和“时机”。
