大家清楚MRTA & MLTA 的用途是什么吗?

当我们突然不在这世上/残废，保险会一次过settle债务，屋子不会被银行lelong导致家人没地方住。

再看两者的差别:
1. MRTA是Mortgage Reducing Term Assurance
●如图所示，500k赔偿金会随着年份的减少而减少到零。Eg: 15年后，屋子只欠银行250k，保险只赔250k给银行settle loan。
