🎉 We had an incredible time at the JMB/MC Award Ceremony and ODESI eCOB system launch event hosted by the Majlis Perbandaran Selayang on March 14th, 2023. The ceremony celebrated the outstanding contributions of the JMB/MC committee members to strata management in the Majlis Perbandaran Selayang community. We were honoured to be a part of this event, which was graced by the presence of YDP Mohd Yazid bin Sairi and COB General Director Tuan Sr. Mohd Asraf Bin Mat Yajid.

💪🏻👍🏻 During the event, the ODESI eCOB was launched as a key performance index (KPI) by the Selangor Real Estate Housing Board (LPHS) through Y.B. Puan Rodziah binti Ismail. The objective is for each Local Authority (PBT) in Selangor to achieve an 80% acceptance rate of digital financial reports from the management body to the COB. This initiative marks a significant milestone in the advancement of digitalisation in strata management. 🚀💻

🎉🌟 On 8th March, we were honored to present at the Comprehensive Strata Management & Residential Training (C-SMART) organised by LPHS. Our team from ODESI had the privilege to share our knowledge on the use of the Strata Management and Financial Reporting System (ODESI eCOB) and the Green Building Initiative Program, and we were thrilled to be part of such an informative seminar.

💼💵 The seminar was focused on apartment maintenance management and financial management, which are interrelated topics. We were delighted to hear from experts such as Mr. Mad Hannusi Bin Che Ros from the National Housing Department, who shared insights on high-rise leakage and building safety, and Mrs. Siti Zunara Binti Dawam from MBSJ, who discussed efficient accounting building management body.

🙌🏼 At ODESI, we are committed to helping communities become more sustainable and efficient. During the seminar, Mr. Gurjeet Singh, Head of Technology from ODESI, talked about ODESI eCOB system. We explained how our system can help JMB/MC manage their AGM records and monthly financial reporting, providing significant benefits for JMB/MC who use the system.
