We bring you an important update regarding development requirements across our estates.

FENCING COMMENCEMENT NOTICE

All subscribers who have fully completed payment are hereby requested to commence fencing of their allocated plots within the next 3 months, starting from Monday, 11th May, 2026.

This is in response to recent FCT development directives requiring all estates to show clear evidence of active physical development and occupancy readiness.

We must collectively ensure our estates are not seen as dormant, but as active, developing communities.

⚠️ IMPORTANT COMPLIANCE NOTE

We kindly urge all subscribers to treat this directive with urgency.

Non-compliance with development expectations may expose estates to regulatory sanctions. This request is therefore both protective and necessary, for your investment and for the entire community.

INFRASTRUCTURE WAIVER & FLEXIBILITY

We are pleased to announce that:

All previously applicable infrastructure fees are waived for the next 3 months
Subscribers are now free to develop their plots at their own pace
Estate design standards and architectural guidelines remain strictly in force to preserve harmony and value

Please note: full building completion is NOT required at this stage.

However, visible site activity is mandatory, which may include:

Fencing
Site clearing
Foundation work
Any clear development presence
