"If there is anything that stood out that I see along this way up, I have found out that, Life is principally made with obstacles you can't dodge on your way up the ladder.
While some people face this obstacles and move on, some other people just get overwhelmed by them and just keep giving excuses why they cannot achieve their giant strides anymore.

These obstacles are laid there one by Nature and general human control policies (e g God and government) as a means to test your resolve, determination and resilience to succeed , two, some are the obstacles unknowingly created by our own past ignorant and wrong approaches to issues before now on our way to the top and thirdly are the obstacles intentionally placed on your path by people and forces threatened and envious of your would-be Giant Strides and are determined to let you fail.

The major aims of these obstacles is to DISTRACT and derail your focus and by so doing have you decipate your energy on the less issues and not totally invest them at getting your goal. This is akin to what happens when people complain of not having enough time daily to get things done even when infact others on the same field level up with the same day. Expert have said that each one has same 24 hours in a day but if you don't get rid of distractions, the hours will never be enough.

So apparently, If you let this three various obstacles get a toll on you, breaking your focus, they will steal your coming success from you. That's why you need to master obstacles expectation technics and obstacles countering technics also this is part of what I did".

WHY OUR ESTATES AND CLIENTS BASE ARE GROWING GRADUALLY

At BEULAH ESTATES INT'L, We know people don’t trust at sight. They don’t trust just flyers, “hot deal” captions, or “instant allocation” promises. They don’t trust because they don’t understand everything.

We know that real estate is not suya. It’s not puff-puff. It’s not something people just buy because they saw a nice advert. It’s their future. It’s their hard-earned money, their children’s security, their retirement plan.
We know people will not just throw millions at us because we posted one fine design with “buy now” written in bold?

it doesn’t work like that.

People buy what they understand and believe in. And the only way to make them believe is to explain. So we Break it down for them. Talk to them as if we’re guiding our younger sibling, not as if we’re rushing them to buy before the “promo ends.”

We tell them why this land is valuable. Show them proof of appreciation. Explain the location, the title, the risks, the opportunities. Answer the questions they are afraid to ask. Make them see the future of that property in their mind before they even set foot on it.

When people understand, they buy. When they feel safe, they commit. And when they commit, they tell others about us. That’s how we sell out estates without shouting, without begging, without chasing people up and down like a desperate marketer.

We stop focusing on making noise. We Focus on making sense.

When as we do that, we don’t need to convince anyone - they convince themselves.
