In today’s service, my pastor took us through the path of thanksgiving, while seated right there, I began to reflect on the mercies of God, I saw God in every details of my life this year.

How He showed up for me in Agatos realty, the gift of men and Favour….kai.

The Lord is indeed good, no one can tell me otherwise wise.

Thank you Jesus for everything 😁🙏.

Today was one of those busy days as a real estate broker in Abuja.

I went to the Headquarter of one of our partner company, the developers of Hutu , on getting access to the layout so I can see the available plots and revert back to a prospect, I found out that two sets of building prototypes have been sold out, I can remember making enquiries about this same product two weeks ago and I was told it was just one type of building prototype that was sold out, fast forward to today, two prototypes has been sold out.

This shows that people are not sleeping on opportunities to own assets, especially a good project like our Hutu project, strategically located along the airport road, Abuja.

After getting the informations I needed, I did a drop by to our Hutu site to see the level of development ongoing, and after what I saw on site today, I am even more excited and happy for Agatos Realty Limited client’s that keyed into this project.

I can remember vividly how this project was launched by this time last year, it wasn’t looking like what they described or mapped out for it to be, fast forward to one year later, investors have made over 100-120% ROI, we just got the building approval of this location, and road construction, landscaping is currently ongoing in preparation for clients to move to site, come 2026 for their building, I am really anticipating what will come out of this giant project (1st African golf polo resort)

This is the type of Legacy project I like to sell and talk about, because you aren’t just buying lands, you are investing in a project that will give you real ROI, you are practically seeing everything playing out without being told.
