years back I used to think of buying house or land in an estate as a waste of money and I also believe that those living in estates are living a complicated lifestyle. This was actually a poor man mentality.
Early this year I I had the opportunity of living in in gwarinpa estate Abuja specifically Fynestone Estate.
This opportunity have transformed my poor man mentality to a rich man mentality.
Trust me an serious about this.
Environment is a major factor that will determine if you are going to be rich.
Life in an estate is just too organise as to provide the maximum conducive environment for Great thinkers with strong creative minds because the whole system is designed to a minimum environmental distraction such as public disturbance noise and the rest.
I sat there for a moment and I wonder how the rich decided to gathered themselves in an isolated part of the city and live life to the fullest.
I began to see reasons why the rich thinks the Poor's have no single sense while the poor also thinks that the rich are extravagant in spending. Trust me if you want to give your children the best lifestyle then choose the environment wisely.
No wonder all wealthy men are smart. They look less and observe more. They understand who they meet and where they are at any point of time in their lives. This is not by accident or a coincidence. It is a result of a systematically planned lifestyles which enable them to get used to regular patterns which are in accordance with the brain development.
Rich men value money more than the poor so when next you see them spend money extravagantly just no that they know what they are doing.
e.g they paid heavy school fees in private schools for their children. The money is not just to acquire the academic knowledge but it is also meant for personal development of the child as a result of conducive schooling environment and the opportunity to interact with children of the rich.
How you want your family to live a happy life is up to you
