The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Abuja, on the 12th December 2023 shortlisted 91000 limited liability companies, business names, churches and NGOs to be delisted by December 31st 2023 for defaulting in filing their annual returns

The 91000 names are in the CAC website right now

📌Run a search🧏🏾‍♀️🧏🏾‍♀️

📌If your company is delisted:

Your incorporation certificate will be suspended 🚨

Your bank accounts will be frozen❄️❄️

Your business premises will be sealed up🔐

⚖️Only an order from the Federal High Court Abuja gets you re-enrolled in the register of companies in the CAC💯⚖️

31st December 2023 is here‼️

Foreigners owning and participating in Nigerian Companies has taken a new Dimension.

This now attracts a minimum paid up share capital 100 Million Naira.

Already existing companies with foreigners on board will be complying with this requirements within the next 6 months.

CAC has updated and published names of Companies struck off the Register of Companies.

Do well to visit the CAC website for the extensive list.

Companies who have filed their Annual Returns in response to the previous publication are advised to confirm that they have been removed from the list.

This can be avoided by simply paying your company's Annual returns.
