Let's talk about law, fact and evidence today in a bit. As for real estate, I still mount for you.
How would you feel: But let me tell you the position of the law in this whole scenario.
Giving that you walk in and see your wife with another man on your matrimonial bed.
This is what the law says
The moment you burst in, the law says you should cool down first, don't get angry, don't get upset.
The law says you should greet them, maybe good morning, how you guys doing then bring out your phone and snap them
Then after that, move out quietly and give them space to continue their enjoyment cos legally speaking, your wife and the man has commited no crime if you are not staying in the Northern part of Nigeria.
Adultery is not a crime in Southern part of Nigeria
You have no right to hurt the man, because he is not an intruder, he is not a thief and he did not trespass into your property or home and he did not R@p£ your wife.
Your wife (bone of your bone) gave him access to your property, so legally, the man committed no crime.
If your marriage with your wife is marriage under the act.
You have no right to send her away all because she brought another man to massage her on your matrimonial bed.
The legal thing to do is to file for divorce using Adultery as ground for divorce and you can add the man to suit and demand for damages.
But if that man hire me, we are not paying damages. Shishi no go gum anybody body.
Oga, because you saw my client on bed with your wife does not mean something is going on, where is the evidence that my client put his joystick into your wife's VJ, pls show the court.
Your wife was feeling heat and she asked my client who is a professional uncertified body massager to help massage her.
Your wife made request for home service.
All the conversations were on call.
Your wife is an adult and my client will not be on your matrimonial bed without her consent and approval.
Technically, you can not assume s£x is going on, all because you saw two adult on bed, such assumption does not meet up with the requirements to validate needed evidence for Adultery.
If you bring their nAk£d photo, i guess you know you ask them to undress while holding cutlass.
So, that nak£d photo was taken under duress, my client had to cooperate with you to stay safe and stay alive
