N200M in Abuja land, on a salary, sounds like something only big men do. It isn't. It's one plan, repeated.
Here's how it works. You don't buy one expensive plot in a finished area and hope. You buy one entry plot now on a payment plan, wait about two years, buy the next, and repeat.
Each plot appreciates on its own while you add the following one. Over ten years that's three or four plots working at once, and on the pattern Jahi, Guzape and Wuye set when they went from "too far" to unaffordable, a portfolio like that can cross N200M. It's a pattern, not a guarantee.
Three rules make it work. Start on a payment plan so your cash stays free for the next plot. Pick an emerging corridor with roads and estates on the way, not a peak-price area. Confirm clean papers, offer letter, allocation, power of attorney, so you can resell whenever you choose.
The hard part is knowing which corridor fits your budget and how long to hold it. That's what our advisory tool is for. Give it your budget and your timeline, and it shows you the area that fits and the payment path in.
