QUIT NOTICE OR WAKE-UP CALL?🤷
At Okwase Street in Abakaliki, a landlord just served his tenant a quit notice — not because of unpaid rent, bad behavior, or noise issues.

But because the tenant, who already had two cars, just bought a third one for his wife.

The landlord’s words?
“Go and build your own house.”

Sounds harsh? Maybe.
But let’s look deeper.

This landlord isn’t wicked — he’s actually a wise man, and this might be the most expensive kindness the tenant will ever receive.

Here’s what he’s really saying:
a. “You clearly have the means. Start using it wisely.”
b. “Stop investing in what depreciates (cars), and start investing in what appreciates (real estate).”
c. “Don’t just live in comfort — build ownership.”
