❌ You have unexpected costs after purchase.
❌ The documentation requires further investigation.
Suddenly, the property that looked “cheap” isn't necessarily the bargain you thought it was.
When buying property in Abuja, don't ask only:
“How much is it?”
Also ask:
“What exactly am I getting for this price?”
“What additional costs should I expect?”
“Does the property fit my purpose?”
“What should I verify before paying?”
A good property decision isn't always about finding the lowest price.
It's about understanding value, risk, location, purpose and your overall budget.
