Sometimes, the best thing you can do for your career is simply show up and learn. I had the opportunity to attend the Nigeria Employers’ Summit 2026, where professionals from different industries came together to discuss the future of business, leadership, environment and sustainable growth in Nigeria.

Beyond the conversations and presentations, I left with fresh ideas, new connections, and a renewed reminder that growth comes from staying curious and being in the right rooms.
