*Available documents/Land Title?*
A. For instalment, the buyer gets a receipt of payment and a Letter of Acknowledgement (detailing the already paid amount, balance payments and stipulated time for payment completion).
B. For full payment, the buyer gets a receipt of payment, Irrevocable Power of Attorney and Deed of Assignment to the land.
*Can one commence work on the land before completion of payment?*
Yes, one can commence fence work and building construction before completion of payment. As long as they don't breach the stipulated time for payments.
