Inarguably, the journey to becoming a land owner in Nigeria is so intense that you must be hopeful and willing. You must also be intentional. For some, the more they dream about it, the more it eludes them. While for some, against all odds, the dream becomes a reality with intentionality. What I'm saying in essence is to work towards being a land owner.
Let me share an experience with you to buttress my submission above.
I have a longtime friend that when you caution him about spending recklessly and advise about owning landed property, the response will always be, "bro, forget that thing, not everyone will build or own a land jor..." To me, people like that should not be forced or helped because you cannot want success more than a person you want the success for. After all, you can only take a horse to the river, you can't force it to drink 'by fire by force'. Not so?!
Hey, don't be like that my friend - be intentional about owning you own landed properties (even if it's just a plot). Even if you aren't ready to build on it, get it first because lands appreciate in value.
Hope someone got value from what has been shared so far?
